It was close to our destination. There seemed to be several people who were not guests hanging around the parking lot.

The gym was clean and well maintained with descent equipment. The room we stayed in was mostly clean except for the shower- that was a bit streaky. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Even though I arrived early in the service time, there were very little selections of fruit, the coffee was low, and after waiting for around 15 minutes for replenishment, I gave up and walked to a local breakfast shop at the nearby shopping center. Another member of our group checked out due to finding a bed bug in their sheets- not sure if I would ever go back....

The hotel had no keys to my room. In order to get in I had to go down to the front desk and the person there would come up and let me in

They do not have keys for all of their rooms. We were given a room that didn't have a key, so you had to get them to open the door. Very inconvenient.

Was there for a graduation! A lovely overall presentation for our needs Had breakfast only last day hot food only warm

The key mashine was not working for at least a month. Only gave us one key. If you left the key in the room, someone from reception had to go up with you to open the room for you. Sometimes you had to wait a long time because there was only one staff member with the hotel in its max occupancy. Some members of the staff did not have any urgency to help with the situation.

Staff is a little rude. No additional keys. They just have us 1.
