Well, the hotel is in a decent area. The hotel was clean. The staff was good. There was a little bit of a weird smell in the hallways, but nothing to complain about. Everything was okay, good.

They would clean your room once every 2 weeks. That’s including changing towels also.

The property lacked essentials and service did not provide any viable solutions. Housekeeping didn’t come and had to ask multiple times for towels

There are bed bugs, management does not care about them at all. Ms. Trish did not care at all she did not even bother to look at the pics. Let alone coming into room and checking it. I had to deal with them throw away my samsonite luggages. Do a costly laundry, and still dealing with the itching.

BED BUGS WILL GET YOU AND MANAGENT WILL SIMPLY DENY THEIR EXISTENCE. Sleep in a Walmart parking lot, or Quiktrip. Healthier, safer cheaper to do. And you won’t have to throw away your stuff for infestation.

Do not stay in here there are bed bugs, management does nothing and denies them. You will be waking up at 3am for fire alarms. And on same morning cops will knock on your door at 6 am by mistake searching for a guy with warrant on loose. Plus your room number will be announced publicly during check in, so everybody knows. Trust me sleep in your car, or on the street it is healthier, safer and cheaper less hassle overall. And no thrown away luggage due to bed bugs.
