Good size room. Plenty of closet d space. King bed. Big HDTV. Small dorm size fridge. Big bathroom. Plenty of lighting. Shower only. Great water pressure but for slippery when it got soap on it. Need some bath or non slip stickers. Friendly front desk staff. Continental breakfast free.

I didn’t like that the fact my card was charged multiple times. They charged me an extra 100 dollar fee. Then another 110 dollar fee and I still haven’t been refunded

The room and the hotel were clean. The staff was nice. The hotel card key system was down for over 12 hours. We were able to a key to the room the next day. The breakfast buffet could use some better food selections.

The room and the breakfast area was clean. The location was good. Nice front desk staff. The card key system was down when we checked in. We could not receive a key until the next day. When it was time to check out the front desk clerk disappeared and never came back. A hotel employee peered out of a locked door behind the desk. She said nothing to the couple in front of me or to me, some employees need customer service training. I had to wait over 5 minutes before someone came to do check outs.

I like that this place in brand new, and thus very clean and well kept. The staff is amazing, super-friendly, and the hotel is a good value. The hot breakfast options could be improved. Typically the eggs seem like out of a carton and re-heated, and the bacon/sausage seems undercooked. Location is pretty good , but turning left onto the highway from this exit is impossible with no light.
