Horrible! Don’t stay here! Room was dirty, no sheets on bed. To many homeless lurking about.

My first day they didn’t have a tv that worked, was told the maintenance man was going to get around to bringing one but I never got the tv situation handled until 11:45am Sunday morning and that’s only because I went to the office an saw the maintenance man myself . Therefore they’re very unprofessional and that’s not acceptable at all I should be owed some kind of a portion refund if not the whole payment reversal

The colors of the building was nice. The rooms were nasty I changed rooms twice for me a my family and neither room was clean there bugs hair and stains on the covers and sheets . They didn’t want to give me money back. It’s wasn’t the nicest place to me for 178$ a night

I had booked a room on a lower floor, but upon check-in, I was assigned one on an upper floor. When I spoke to the staff, they told me I had to call the call center and reschedule the booking from scratch; this was extremely frustrating and left me very dissatisfied.

Dont go. Surprised it didn't have bed bugs. Not kid friendly. Staff didn't want to be there. Garbage everywhere. addicts walking around asking for stuff

it was clean but there were roaches it was quiet and what you would expect for the price if I need an inexpensive place again I would rebook the saff was great only problem was I couldn't get my cash deposit back till after 9 am and we check3d out at 8am

Just the decorations Everything the first room I went in was dirty it was black mold on the walls, the guy in the front office I don’t know if he is Indian or what but he doesn’t greet the customers and will ignore you until he is ready to talk. The room floors are dirty and more

It's so cute and inviting and we were pleased how clean it is. It's convenient to different restaurants and things to do. Only thing we wish the rooms had was table and chairs and a coffee maker
