The locstion I was very surprised that there were no USB outlets. My air conditioner was extremely noisy.

Close proximity to the airport & the thoughtfulness of the front desk attendant. He checked me out. I said needed ride to the airport. Responded immediately with I’ll take you which he promptly did .

We were quite pleased with the hotel however, the front desk staff could use some additional training. They left the front desk unattended many times leaving quests waiting. Our check in was slow because the agent did not know how to check in a booking made through Expedia. After checkout - upon getting to the airport we realized the front desk had not returned my drivers license - when we called to inquire about it, the front desk clerk said yes they had it but she was less than apologetic, busy with other customers and not willing to help us get it resolved quickly. It eventually worked out and a second desk clerk was very helpful and brought it to us at the airport with great apologies. Our biggest question about this issue is that when they realized they still had my license, why didn't they call our room? Instead they threw it in a drawer and did not attempt to contact us.

Unbelievable. What a fantastic stay. The staff was super nice, the rooms were very clean and for the price off of booking.com was worth EVERY PENNY. Recommend 5 star hotel. Nothing

Very nice

Convenience for an early flight to the airport, the price was City standard, the staff was outstandingly, courteous and professional, For hotel food it was exceptionally good! I had to clean the shower before I used it because the grout was quite dirty and it had a smell to it, but it is season and this hotel is very busy. And this really was not something that bothered me at all.

Disappointing

When I showed up there wasnt anyone to check me in for about 20 or 30 minutes. I couldnt sleep due to the air conditioner making an unbelievably loud noise all night. This was the worst stay i have ever had.

Proximity to airport 1. Room Key did not work. Room 505 2.second key did not work 3. Maintenance called to reset door- that worked. —-for a while, maintenance called again, he fixed the door and was going to get me a new key. I told him not to, we were leaving early a.m. anyway. 4. When AC came on in 505 and the fan makes a terrible noise. 5. Went to get another room and was given room 504. 6. That fan was so annoying I decided to keep 505 and turned the AC off so the fan would not run. 7. Your staff (front desk and maint) was diligent and responsive and accommodating. My charge was amended. Good people. 8. You can Run the AC in 504 and 505 and see if those fans are conducive to rest. I don’t think I am an over-reactor. 9. Just fyi: the phone in the room was dead, not charged (if even plugged in) and it was from room 501. I.e. I had to physically go down to the front desk regarding each of these items.
