Hotel Pensacola

My only complaint was the mattress were terrible. I went out and bought a mattress topper trying to make it at least a little better. It didn't help out much at all. We ended up leaving a day early because we just couldn't handle another night on that bed.

Property is ok. Not sure I’d stay again. I asked the housekeeper to service our room and in three days, it never was serviced, even with my housekeeping tag on the door handle. Plus, there’s some shady people walking around.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. It was close to everything we needed and no loud noise during the night. Thank you

Staff is great. Building is old but comfortable. Overall stay is okay. Nothing fancy but comfortable. No footsteps or noise heard from other room which is actually awesome. Travelling with a toddler.

Everything was Great......Just didn't realize it was 30mins from the Beach

The staff was very attentive. The man that was there the first night was so pleasant and helpful. The young lady that helped with our reservation was also very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Bad

It was not very clean. Sticky floors. It smelled like they were using a scent to cover up insecticide smell. My nose burned the whole trip. It was in a ok part of town. If you want something cheap this place is ok and just barely ok. Amenities were vending right outside my room and we had a service dog. Every time someone used vending it bothered him and us. We would have preferred something away from the vending and front doors. However their sister motel just down the street which we would not have stayed at due to the burning of eyes and sinuses from chemicals in the air gave us a one bed room instead of the 2 I had ordered. Luckily they moved us down the street and even then we were not impressed and wont be back.

Staff was nice and friendly. Overall clean enough It was freezing in the room then I figured out there was a moisture problem so I had to turn air back down. Could of used a deep clean like dusting tops of pictures and behind furniture. But I am picky about that sort of thing.

It’s convenient to what I needed to do I was supposed to get a bottom room which I paid for. They gave me a top floor but Booking. Com refunded the extra money to me

I love the clean smell the staff are very polite close to everything in the city

I’ve stayed here many times in the past but this stay was absolutely horrific, the lady at the check in desk was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude, the tv in the room didn’t work at all, the room was disgusting the fridge was dirty and the the bathroom was filthy. I went out to buy my own cleaning supplies because the lady at the front desk made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Nice property a good distance from the main thoroughfare allowing for a quiet comfortable stay. Two stories with elevator, pool and exercise room. The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with plenty of seating and table surfaces and with subtle lighting. Our window was fitted with plantation blinds and overlooked the pool. The bed was very comfortable.

Carpets were very dirty. The whole floor was dirty, didn't seem like they vacuumed at all. The sheets were clean, but that was about it. Every surface seemed like it needed to be wiped down. And it wasn't, we got the hot tub suite and the jets worked fine. The paint was chipping on the bottom of the tub, but it wasn't really an issue. I had to wear socks everywhere.Because it was gross, our feet were getting nasty.Just walking around the room
