Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites West I 10 by IHG

The hotel staff were very nice and sweet, especially to the kids. The pool was clean and maintained, breakfast and the attendant were great! Cleaning staff were nice. Overall great stay.

Location and friendly service.

When we checked in, we were helped by Blake who was completely thorough on what all the amenities were. She suggested places to eat and we were impressed by her knowledge. The reason for only a good rating is this: I could not get into the bed easily. I am 5'4" and the bed was above my waist. A thick mattress and thick box springs on a platform made it so hard to climb in the bed. I brought that to the attention of the staff as we checked out and was informed that they had step stools OR I could ask for room 107...it had a low bed...what? How would I have known any of that? The breakfast was great and the lady managing it was a hoot! I didn't get her name but she was a bright smile in the morning.

Friendly accommodating staff with sufficient choices Toilet clogged. Phone connection did not work. Staff tried to help but several rooms were not up to par and internet phone never worked

Waited over 10 minutes to get someone to check us in. Ended up having to call on the phone to get someone to the front t desk. By the time they showed up there were 3 families waiting to check in.

The staff was very friendly and accomadating. They made the visit great!!!

The breakfast was very nice. The room seemed fairly clean. There were spots in the bedspread. Noticed drips on the dresser drawers. It kinda had a musty smell. Maybe since it rained a lot. The bathroom was very clean.

Room floor worn and dirty..parts from radiator laying on floor...lavatory sink barely would drain needs cleaned out...$834. For 4 nights only when was informed by motel only 3 nights i had to pay for another night...never use expedia again ...staff and breakfast very good

The breakfast was very good! The staff friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Front desk staff were also wonderful and so friendly. The area felt safe. At no point were we uncomfortable with any situation. We didn’t end up using the pool. It was as closed when we first arrived but was up and running the next morning. It looked nice and clean. The only downside was there were a few stains on the carpet and the blinds. The shower head could use some updating. There was a lot of build up making it spray everywhere but where you wanted it too. Otherwise, the beds were clean and comfortable. Body soap and shampoo and conditioner were provided. I would recommend this to others. No major concerns or complaints.

Great property had great stay here

This was not like the Holiday Inn Express we are used to staying in. It was run down, and I didn’t feel as though it was as clean as it could have been. Breakfast was okay, but not what we are accustomed to.

The room had a bad odor. The carpet had red stain on it, maybe ketchup, I really don’t know but looked like it needs a deep clean. The rooms need updating. Looks like they tried updating the bathroom but didn’t do a complete job, bathtub had rust spots on it. The only thing that smelt good was the lobby and the breakfast was actually really good with plenty of options. The ladies at the front desk that work night and morning shift and the breakfast attendant were very friendly. Overall stay was good, however the rooms need to be updated and floors in rooms need to be replaced.

The room was not very clean. I am not sure the sheets were even freshly cleaned, they had something black on them. None of the TV channels worked.
