Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola/I-10 Pine Forest Road

The absolute best staff ever. Jennifer is a rockstar! Every single person in staff that was working during our stay greeted us daily, professionally and treated us like family. The hotel is always spotless clean, great breakfast and just a greta overall experience. This is what we should to stay at this hotel every time we visit Pensacola.

Only problem I had was the guests above us would NOT stop stomping around all night and being incredibly loud... but luckily I could sleep through it, but just be aware.

Clean room and comfortable. Staff very helpful at check-in, Jennifer? Gave outstanding customer service. Mattress not as plush as accustomed to but nothing to complain about. Great stay

this hotel made our vacation so much better. the room was spacious and clean. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast choices were quick but good. pool area was nice and the gym was clean and nice as well. we will be back,

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, they provided a variety of things to choose from and everything was fresh. Room was clean and spacious. Parking was convenient.

it was really loud at night and a lot of jumping around above us. Not a reflection of the hotel just the people staying above us

My room shared the wall with the kitchen. They started preparing breakfast before 5am so I would hear pans or bowls being used in the kitchen. I’m an early riser and I suspect if I complain they would have given me a different room. My stay was just 2 days so I sucked it up. However, they should save this room as a last resort

The clean smell when walking in. This is one of the cleanest hotels my family and I have ever stayed in. We only book Hilton & Marriott hotels & this was by far THE CLEANEST Hampton we’ve ever been to. Beds 10, breakfast 10, staff 10, especially Felicia. She greeted me cheerfully upon check-in & checked on us throughout our stay. Even housekeeping staff greeted us as we walked through the halls each morning. There was one who was especially nice, but I can’t remember her name. (She is taller than the other ladies.) Oh & I must add they have THE BEST hotel coffee I have ever had!! N/a

Sheets and bedding were dirty. Had food dried up under the covers. Windows were filthy. Towels had blood stains on them. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were terrible.

Otherwise, very clean and budget friendly hotel. Hampton never disappoints.

The hotel smelt amazing as soon as you walked in. The staff was very friendly and the manager inspected the room before giving me the key to make sure everything was good to go. The property was very nice and the employees were very friendly.

Nice hotel my only complaint is super uncomfortable chairs in room. Pretty much have to sit on the bed. Otherwise clean and nice but it is a $75 dog fee.
