The hotel itself was nice the staff if you could find them were very rude and not helpful at all with noise complaints tvs blaring girl getting the crap beat out of her 2 days no sleep never stay there again

Air conditioning worked great, wifi stayed working the entire time. Our room was clean.

Room was nice and clean. Pretty spacious as well. Only thing was the bed was a little to hard for my liking but that's just me.

There was a complimentary coffee bar in the morning from 0630 to 0930, which was nice. The property was very clean - the lobby, gym, laundry rooms, and suites were clean. The laundry room had 5 washers and 8 dryers, but in the month that I was there, many of them were "out of service for maintenance", so I only ever saw 3 washers and 4 dryers in working order at one time. Doing laundry was difficult in such a large facility with such limited machines. The location is great - only a few blocks away from a grocery store, a large strip mall area, and close to freeway access. For the first week and a half that I was there, there was no hot water (warm water = yes, hot water = no). This was a known issue, but not something that was addressed when I checked in, so I had to ask about it. The staff on site didn't know when the hot water was going to be fixed, and so they weren't able to warn us about the water being turned off. There was no running water for more than 24 hours, and no warning that it was going to happen. Once the hot water issue was fixed, the water pressure was still very weak. I stayed on the 4th floor, so my expectations for water pressure were low to begin with. But at least once the issue was fixed, the water was HOT.
