A whole apartment for the price of a crappy motel in the area. It was beautiful and surprisingly fantastic! Would stay here again!!!

Wonderful old Florida style property! Loved everything about it. You could tell the attention to detail that these people have put in to this little property to preserve the 1950s old Florida experience. This was one of my favorite stays ever. Thanks!

The stay was pleasant and the amenities were very useful. We used the dryer, bought some ice cream, used the beach chairs and played cornhole. I would stay again! The communication was great and the flat was very clean.

One thing we did that was unexpected while there was we drove to a cute little place called Vampire Penguin

I loved basically everything about it. The location was exactly what my family wanted! Close proximity to experiences and things to do but not in the middle of a busy touristy spot. The room was spotless upon check in fully stocked with anything and everything we could need for our stay! The grounds were well kept and the pool was at the perfect temperature heated but still a slight chill to refresh you after a hot day at the beach! Also the free usage of the beach chairs and umbrellas was an added bonus!

Cute, boutique, very clean Bed was extremely firm, rough night of sleep.

I like that the property had extras that you could use for free. I also like the outside games.

Great little boutique Hotel booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend. The owner is wonderful perfect place for a quick getaway.

The property is beautiful with lots of lounging areas outside, the pool is heavenly and I enjoyed the pool floats that are available to guests. My room was just the right size, the bed and pillows were great—I slept like a rock during this stay. There was almost no noise from any other guests or from the road; this is a peaceful place to stay. Having a full size fridge is so handy, too. My trip was centered entirely around snorkeling and going to the beach so the beach chairs, coolers, and bamboo mats available to guests as a courtesy are amazing!! On the way there I had been trying to figure out where I could buy a cheap cooler somewhere but didn’t have to—it’s much appreciated!! The location is perfect to enjoy the beaches nearby; with a very short drive you can walk out of your flat and be walking into the water at one of several close beaches within about 5 minutes. There are numerous restaurants and varieties of bars minutes away; Publix and a marina are super close, too. Fernando Flats is the perfect base for all of your beach-going adventures on Singer Island. I will definitely stay here again when I return for more snorkeling and beach fun!

The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and other games that were setup in the courtyard. A relaxing vibe.

Location was close to many beach options for sunning, bathing and snorkeling. Very convenient 5 minute drive to a grocery store and restauarants. The grounds of the hotel were extremely well maintained. Plenty of lounge chairs, shuffleboard, corn hole and even hammocks. The ground floor patio at the rear of my unit was a shady reprieve from the sun. A table chairs, loungers and grill were availble on the patio. Nothing

Great location, very clean and comfortable! Not "really" an ocean view. If you squint and peer closely enough you can see water, but not what I'd consider an ocean view

Great place to stay!

Not only is FF adorable it’s also immaculately clean. The facilities are perfect for a long weekend or extended stay. Our family of 3 enjoyed the heated pool, shuffle board, corn hole and bikes. There is also close access to the beach and playground, restaurants and ice cream shop. With a Publix just a few minutes away it was convenient to shop and cook. We loved the decor and relaxing vibe of the property. It’s our newest favorite place in PB! There is AC but it’s not central so if someone is using the pull out bed they may get cold depending on your temperature preference.

Rooms were updated, pleasantly decorated, well stocked and organized. The outside area had numerous comfortable seating areas.

There is so much that is so lovely about this hotel. As we approached our room, we saw a small flag of our home state in a flower pot just outside our door. We thought it was a coincidence until we walked into the room. This is the kind of hotel where the decor is carefully curated. It’s all very charming and cheerful. We met and chatted with the owner and she told us that our room was the smallest in the hotel, which was surprising to me since I thought it was generously sized and even had a small kitchenette. The beach has public access just a short walk away and the hotel provides beach chairs, towels, and even bicycles!!! And, the flag wasn’t a coincidence. Marie, the owner, puts out hometown/state/country flags to welcome all of her visitors. Nothing.
