White Elephant Palm Beach

Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again! Gorgeous decor, spacious room, and perfect location! Everything was clean, staff was wonderful, and restaurant was perfect! I highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated and landscaped. Conveniently located in Palm Beach. Staff helpful and knowledgeable Coffee and pastry bar. A friendly driver is available to take you to restaurants and shopping. Everyone was happy and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed .

This hotel was a perfect getaway and exceeded all expectations. The attentiveness and cleanliness were top notch not to mention the amenities were fantastic. Damion is one of the staff members who made sure to make our stay memorable and was always so kind and helpful.

The room was clean but small and very basic. Nothing about it felt elevated or reflective of a five star price point. The pool is extremely small and much smaller than it appears in photos. It feels more like a large hot tub than a proper luxury hotel pool. It was underwhelming given how the property is positioned. The gym is very minimal. There are two treadmills and a Peloton in a space the size of a small closet. Guests expecting a luxury fitness setup will likely be disappointed. Breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee and a croissant, which felt inadequate considering the nightly cost. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant, the location was convenient, and the car service was a nice touch. Overall, the experience did not align with the price. I could have stayed at The Colony for around $1,100 and likely received a more elevated experience. In my opinion this feels like a $400 to $500 per night property, not $1,600

Staff was amazing. Clean. They have courtesy BMWs, will drive you to nearby restaurants, set you up at the beach. Worth the money

Outstanding in every way.

Amazing experience. Hospitality is not dead here. The room was clean and comfortable, turn down service available every day. Complimentary car service when needed and the staff was always ready and willing to help. I truly have not received this much true hospitality in a long time!
