Wingate by Wyndham - Orlando International Airport

Close to airport, walking distance to restaurants, shops and convince stores. Shuttle from airport was very helpful.

The room was amazing . The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. I love the fact that you have 24 hour tea juice and cappuccino it’s an amazing amenity. Overall my stay way amazing .

They did have a hot breakfast but the need more options for it. But the fiid was good. The remote for the TV didn't work and the guide did not match what was coming on.

The short distance from airport. The breakfast was served from paper and plastic cups. I guess it's the American way though.

Room was nice & glad they provided free breakfast. Also, the facility was clean. Front desk staff should work on people skills. I had a situation where my family drove over 24 hrs to get here & did not check in until after 2 am. Staff wasn’t willing to prorate or do any adjustments, & even ignored all of Booking.com attempts to reach out to request accommodate. Not happy about this at all.

Found this Wingate hotel at the last minute and cancelled another hotel across the street that was higher priced and that didn’t that they charged $22/night for parking! That other at hotel did reveal the parking fee once I clicked to see “additional details” but the cost/night wasn’t included in the amount that I had prepaid from that other chain. We cancelled and rebooked with this Wingate room. Saved $$ and still had a great stay that cost about $40/night less! Well done Wingate!

We called the hotel before booking and asked was a shuttle available from the airport and to the cruise port the following day and we were told yes...after we booked the room and arrived we asked how much time in advance do we need to give the driver before we need to make it to the cruise port and we were told "they didn't offer that service" we would have never booked with them if that was the case. We were misinformed and denied telling us that. I'm very particular and would have booked with someone else otherwise so I'm sure I was told that service was available.

Despite a mildew-like smell in the lobby, the room was clean and convenient with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in a small separate anlcove-like area. The bed was comfortable and the convenience of both late night eats for delivery or a short walk nearby (Denny’s, Chilis, etc.) and the full buffet breakfast in the morning (make your own waffles were delicious) was helpful for our one night stay with a toddler. Unfortunately, we had an ADA accessible room and bathroom. Did not like that the entire bathroom floor fills with water and the toilet clogged up 2x in one overnight stay. Thankfully, the staff, once told, handled it swiftly and courteously. Otherwise, a great property for quick stops in between travels.

Hotel was a bit run down and in need of cleaning in the main areas. The room itself was fine but some features in the building like the elevator and breakfast need improvement.

The cleanliness of the room was not good. It is an older hotel and there was mold in bathroom, dust in corners, tears in carpet. Good service on shuttle.

The free breakfast was great and plentiful. Great choices and plenty of water juices and coffees. Staff was pleasant. My room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was knowledgeable and helpful.
