Overall a good experience for me. It was clean and cozy. And quiet at night so sleep was not an issue. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Staff was incompetent. My room key did not work 3 different times, once immediately after they "fixed it." Way too many trips to front desk. Vomit on the floor outside the elevator. Outside side door not locked or key-required. Breakfast and coffee were embarrassingly bad. Room itself was the only good part. Seemed clean and fairly quiet.

Not a bad price for what you get. Property is very outdated. Reception area is nice, carpet in the hallways is old and dirty. Rooms are outdated but clean. Gym/Workout room was old and outdated. Staff was nice but nothing over the top or friendly. Our AC leaked in our room and created a puddle in the carpet around it. Bedding was clean but the bed was literally just on a metal frame. Good location with plenty of options for dinning nearby. I would stay there again but only if in a bind and in need of something really cheap.

The only good thing about our stay here was the front desk lady who checked me in. I believe her name was marlin, she was so sweet and helpful. We arrived very late due to our flight being delayed by 6 hours. We were so exhausted that we went right to bed after I checked us in. There was a wide spread internet outage in the area so we did not have wifi but I didn't really care since we were checking out in just a few hours. In the morning after we left my boyfriend discovered he had been bitten by bed bugs. Our room offered a lovely view of the trash area and I did notice there was a mattress out by the trash so they definitely have a bed bug issue. Also our air conditioning did not work properly in our room and it was very hot.

Good place to stay overall, please note many hotels require a special security deposit of $100. This insurance fee is for damages or other incidentals occurring on property. The amount is usually returned a few days later…

A very nice location. The staff is great. We had a great experience especially Marilyn and Elai are the best and make the place feel like home. Keep it up guys and we definitely will be back.

Excellent. Convenient and very clean.

Had to have my room key reprogrammed 3 different times. Unacceptable. Second floor to front desk 3 separate times. Vomit on the second floor right when exiting the elevator, smelled terrible. Debris that looked like broken glass in first floor hallway. Room is decent which is the only bright spot. Otherwise very poor experience.

The staff and location was dope My door had a little gap and I felt like it made cold air leak out, but whatever.
