Location Mostly being updated so construction on the property and room was missing things

I was putting on the second floor after I told him I had problems with stairs he said there was no rooms available on the first floor when I walked around I seen six to eight rooms on the first floor identical to what I had

Disappointing

If you just want a basic cost effective bed near Universal, this is a good deal. The bed was perfectly clean and room in decent shape. The floors could have been cleaner but nothing gross. No bugs etc. Ice machines not working and wifi required front desk help but they were friendly.

The room was good was clean, they clean it every day which I appreciate it, the beds were comfortable, the only bad thing is that the hotel looks old and lack of maintainence, but in general for a couple of days just to sleep after spending all day long between amusements parks I can’t complain, and for the price don’t expect a Hilton, honestly for me was good, cheap, close to the universal parks and good to sleep, that’s it

Pool was closed. Laundry was closed. Looked like room were under renovations. Couldn’t change the channels on tv. Needed to double flush.

I had a nice day. The room was clean. Air-conditioning was working fine. There was plenty of parking. Conveniently located around good food on International Dr., Universal Studios. Not that far away. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking situation was also very inconvenient. When I arrived, it was raining, and the parking lot had large areas of standing water, making it difficult to even get out of the car without stepping into deep puddles. Overall, this is not a place where you would want to spend more than the absolute minimum amount of time.

The room was not in great condition but it was semi clean. Air conditioning was not very cold. Door would not close unless we used a key, turned up the handle and pulled with a lot of force. Lobby was not open, and the property was in poor shape.

Clean room. Parking. Pero falta un letrero para poder identificarlo más fácil y por lo menos una máquina para comprar bebidas y papitas. Pero todo excelente y muy limpio! Cada vez que llegábamos de un parque, teníamos cama y baño con toallas y sábanas nuevas.

I’m very disappointed

The rooms were clean as possible due to the circumstances. Furniture and everything in the room was outdated. there were extension cords. No wifi. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room smelled of clorox. There were roof leak stains in ceiling and the floor in bathroom had rotting wood with stains. The towels were brownish and stained and they had the nerve to say we could not ask for additional towels. I left a day early and was told I could not get a refund for the extra day I paid for in advance. The rooms look terrible.
