Holiday Inn Express Orlando International Airport by IHG

Overall, good stay. I like that the hotel offers free shuttle to and from airport. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The only thing I would try to work on is the breakfast food offered. The choices are not bad, however food was bland and the turkey sausage and eggs tasted like rubber and not appetizing.

Comfortable room with a great breakfast!

Room was clean, didn’t have to wait long for the airport shuttle, breakfast was decent consisting of pancakes, sausage, eggs, toast, yogurt, bagels, juices and free coffee all day. $50 deposit. I would stay again. Price was very reasonable. Only downside is no food within walking distance that I could tell. Great stay overall

The rooms were a bit outdated and did not feel as clean as expected. Unfortunately, the shower head did not function properly, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. While the service was good, the condition and cleanliness of the room could use some improvement.

I'll stay here again next year for another Cruise Event.

The rooms weren’t the cleanest as was the rest of the hotel. Limited seating for breakfast. The airport shuttle took an hour to pick us up do to (switching drivers) will stay somewhere else next time for sure.

The entire staff were absolutely wonderful including the shuttle driver. The buffet was more than expected. Kariann who originally answered the phone when we inquired about of stay was super helpful and easy to communicate with . Rebecca at check-in made it so easy Nataliya who ran the buffet all by herself, WOW... kept if fully stocked, clean and super organized, she did the work of 2 people!!! Congratulations to the GM- Bismack for having a wonder team WE HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Jason & Maria

The gentleman at the front desk was the best. I was tired, frustrated and just wanted to rest and he made sure things were quick and easy and addressed thing I was not even thinking of. My flight was cancelled and I just needed a quick meal and a few hours sleep. He made sure that happened and gave me a snack bag for the morning and set up my shuttle. All this with a pleasant attitude and a smile. Give this man a raise. In these days you do not meet many people like him. Na
