AirPort hotel

The first room that they gave us smelled like cigarettes and strong strong mold. They did give us a new room when I went back down and asked. Staff was great. Very expensive for drinks in the lobby cost $10 for 2 pops which is a bit excessive. Bed was okay needs new pillows. Ac in the first room was not cold air but the new room they gave me was ice cold. Checkout time is 12 which was great.

Additionally, I decided to use the hot tub. Unfortunately for me, the hot tub hasn’t been cleaned or maintained properly and I ended up with a skin condition called hot tub folliculitis which was painful and made it hard for me to enjoy my stay. The staff was not helpful nor welcoming. The breakfast was okay.

This place was adequate and clean but we had booked this place for the airport shuttle and it was a nightmare! We ended up scheduling Lyft.

The shuttle service was not available. We made the reservation prior as instructed and the van never showed up at the airport.

Inside was very nice. Check in easy. Friendly staff. Room smelled and carpet was old. Tiny shower.

Convinient location for stopover from Orlando airport

Nothing The hotel was very dirty. I believe the Night Manager, Joseph, was very rude and made it seem like it was an inconvenience to help us. The bed sheets were dirty and had marks on them. The majority of the television channels were not functioning properly as you could hear the channel, but the screen was black which is a huge “no-go” for us as relaxing on a clean bed and watching television to wind down. The lobby restrooms were filthy and stinky. The dining area was filthy and food nasty. We are not sticklers at all and normally do not submit reviews unless our experience was horrible in which this was one of the higher ranked horrible hotel experiences for us. There was literally nothing positive about our experience at your hotel unfortunately to the point to where we are seeking a refund!!

The room and Linden‘s were clean. The bathroom was very nice. I only wish I had been told when breakfast ended

Room was pretty clean, breakfast was good with decent hours. Gym was decent as well. Was happy with my choice to stay and would return again.

Got there around 12 pm and they wanted to charge me $45 for early check in when they had rooms available.

A bit dated and had carpet in the rooms. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The staff did well adding personal touches that made the stay nice.
