This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. Traveled to Orlando for a friends wedding and Ubered from the airport to this hotel that I booked in advance and I was shocked at what I arrived to. The hotel looked vacant, inoperable, under construction or renovation and definitely not ready to accommodate me. Such an unpleasant experience, very unprofessional and simply embarrassing. Calling the number given in the booking confirmation had me spinning my wheels, no one picks up and no one to get in contact with. The site will give you numbers that don’t work so you’re basically stranded. Had to ask a friend to pick me up and stay with them. Still trying to get my refund back which has also been a terrible experience. Booking.com claims to be investigating. I have picture proof etc. WOULDNT RECOMMEND, DONT DO IT. 0/10!!!

Close to home Stayed because of hurricane Bad Smell in room Floor in front of AC unit was very wet made it smell musty Hallways and exit ramp smell like pet urine The bed by the window was not on the frame properly. If you sat on the wrong side, the bed would tip up Sketchy area looks like a homeless camp on one side of the building thankfully no one was there after it started raining

The hotel was great, bed was comfortable and the room was big. The breakfast was very poor, there was no protein available at all....... I would add some scrambled or boiled eggs, or some ham and cheese. Some people dont like sweetbreakfast breakfast choice was poor.

Location wasn’t in a bad spot besides the homeless tents on ethier side and small parking lot Mold in the window place was very dirty holes in the walls and giant plaster patch jobs

Nothing Was so dirty and smell bad every were. Property was unsafe since there are not responsable for your vehicle We were there for only 20 min while we found another place and our dogs got fleas. Very disappointed

Pleasant front desk people Charge a deposit for every booking and waited at least 4 days to get it credited back Maintenance issues with lamps and bathroom tiles. Tiles with separation from floor allowed roaches to come in. Bed was clean with clean linens.
