Best Western Orlando Gateway Hotel

Very helpful staff

Room was clean staff was helpful and gave us a room with a great view on the 8th floor for our daughter birthday weekend will def return and stay again

One area that could be improved is the sound insulation. Conversations from neighboring rooms and noise from the hallway were quite noticeable at times, which could be somewhat distracting. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and this is reflected in certain aspects of the property. For example, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was quite noisy. In addition, although the room was clean, there was a slight musty smell. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is centrally located, easily accessible, and close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it very convenient for visitors. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to offer good value for money. The clean rooms and convenient location were definitely the highlights of my experience.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel could use a little refresh. It's OK of you are just looking for a place to rest but if you want amenities I would stay elsewhere.

I booked the room for my sister in law’s grad trip. The property was wonderful the room was clean and spacious. She’s athletic so she loved the basketball court. Not far from theme parks and essentials will definitely return

I was checked in by a truly wonderful lady named Luciana who tells me she has worked at the hotel for 5 years. I watched her interact with a wonderful young lady who checked in on behalf of her family from Poland. She was incredibly kind and patient and inviting to the family who I’m sure had a long day of travel.

Muy buena experiencia. Todo estaba muy bien. Las 4 estrellas van dirigidas a la limpieza. Las personas colocan la basura afuera de sus habitaciones y las habitaciones solo cambian las toallas.

Very clean and nice

Nice hotel however we booked a room with 3 beds and were told on arruval thar it didn't exist. Were put in a room which was nice and had 2 queen beds with a roll out delivered - there was nowhere to put the roll out and there was a full party going on in the adjoining room with lots of people and loud music (at 1.30am). We were moved to a room with a huge bed and a really old bed settee - the roll out was delivered here. The room smelled really bad but we were exhausted. By the time it was all sorted it was nearly 3am before we got to bed!

The multipoint access into the building. The room seemed to be “remodeled,” but the updates were poorly done. The first floor smelled like urine, the bathtub was dirty, and there was no definitive line for check in. I waited in one line for 15 minutes to be told to go to another line.
