Seems like a family owned establishment. Value was excellent. Near the highway and lots of good places to eat.

Walked in, smelled like smoke and had plug in air fresheners everywhere. Pool was closed. Our room had a broken lock. Asked for a new room. They said no and had zero concern for safety or fixing the issue. Do not recommend at all.

Room was hardly clean. Sheets were dirty stained and had hair all over them. The room was musty. Halls stunk like smoke. Advertise for a pool but had no water in it. We asked for a refund as we would not stay there and was told to go through Expedia. Have yet to receive the money back.

The beds were sleepable. The fridge worked really well. Could not check in on time. Room was not ready. Beds had dog fur on bedding. Sheets were wrinkly. Blanket had bleach stained spots. Two tv remotes neither worked well. Breakfast selection is lacking. And some items were overcooked and or cold when they should be warm. There should be enough offered for the 6-9 time. Heating equipment maybe was broken. The entire facility needs maintainance. From the lines on the parking to the drywall, corner protectors, to the outdated carpet, and the roof that caved in over the pool. In our room (318). The door mirror is not level, the towel bars don't match and are not level, one of the beds is in the wrong location.

Rick, who helped check my crew in was very nice and patient. Rick was the only good experience out of this. The rooms were not clean. Pool was closed. The night agent gave other people keys to our room. No clean towels available, "sorry". Bloody sheets. Bed mattress bent in half. Light bulbs burnt out. They really need some help!!

My husband and I arrived to Old Mill Inn at 9 pm. It is located in a shared parking area with other vacant office buildings. There was poor lighting and minimal signage on the front lobby area. The person at the front desk for checking in had NO suggestions for nearby eating places or somewhere to get snacks. The entrance lobby and elevator smelled like bug spray. The room was sparsely decorated with cheap furniture. The large big screen TV in our king bedroom suite didn’t work. They had no means to fix or replace the TV. The toilet seat only had one bolt and wobbled loosely every time when used. There wasn’t any maid service for a two night stay. The College World Series and World Cup Soccer events were happening at the same time. We were unable to find any rooms available at other nearby hotels. This is a poorly managed One Star hotel!

This was a bad hotel. Rooms dirty. Burn holes in comforter. Mold in the bathroom. Staff was surly and unhelpful. Towels were rough and not much larger than hand towels.

The room smelled! The room we requested did not have a refrigerator. We called before we booked and they guaranteed one. The employee at the front desk was so rude and would not accommodate me. Nasty, smelly place! Demanding a refund!!

Having a receptionist splitting every 10 seconds while talking to the customer due to putting stuff in their mouth, is not poor quality but it’s lake of care about the customers.

They were definitely renovating. It was a comfortable place to stay for the night. Other than that, it’s not something worth bragging about. But definitely something if you just need to get off the road for the night.

I made a reservation for 4 days and was disappointed. I had to ring the bell twice at the front desk before the employee came down to check me in. I reserved a king suite and was put in a queen suite With the suite you have two TVs, the suite part did not have a TV only the wires where a TV would be. The TV in the bedroom had to be turned on manually, and the remote had no volume control. There were no blackout curtains. The bathroom sink would not drain. (brushed my teeth and ran the water and it did not drain). Tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. No water pressure in the shower. The free breakfast was toast or cereal maybe pancake or waffle maker. The door to our room was off and I had to pull up on it to close, if not paying attention I wouldn't have known it was not closing. I had to ring the bell again to get someone to talk to about the room. I asked for the manager, I was told he was in Utah, I said who was in charge? He said he was his name was Nick, I told him the list above, he said he could refund the remaining days but not the night before.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but travelers deserve to know what they're walking into before booking this hotel. We stayed in Room 210, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom ceiling had obvious water damage, staining, peeling paint, and what appeared to be mold growing around the vent area. The walls showed signs of moisture damage, and the entire room felt neglected and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the poor excuse for a comforter was torn and the sheets had stains. The one towel bath towel was old and had holes. Even basic fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and deteriorating. It was clear that these issues had existed for a long time and had not been addressed. What is most disappointing is that these are not minor cosmetic issues. Water damage, possible mold, torn furniture, and rusted fixtures are signs of serious neglect. No paying guest should be expected to stay in a room in this condition. To the owners and management: shame on you for continuing to rent Room 210 without properly repairing it. Guests trust that hotels provide clean, safe, and well-maintained accommodations. This room falls far below that standard. Travelers, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. There are too many other options to spend your money on a room that looks like it hasn't been properly maintained in years. Rooms1.0Service1.0Location2.0

Bed cover had stains on it. That is a big turn off! Shower was fair…Poor stream.
