We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check in was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had a great variety of options. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved that the hot breakfast changed daily. The eggs were fantastic. But Southerners need grits with breakfast. Staff was fntstic!

I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay. I woke up with multiple bites on my eyelid and forearm. The swelling became so severe I am currently in the emergency room at HCA Trident Hospital as a direct result. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. I was moved to a second room late at night. This hotel has prior documented complaints about bugs. I have photos of my injuries and ER documentation.

Location was perfect! Staff was nice Windows were dirty and Rooms floors were dirty, so much hair and food on the carpet and bathrooms. It was a lot of trash under the pull out couch

It was a convenient location Room was not clean. Dirty socks on floor beside the bed, food residue on chair, mystery stain on floor.
