Staff was super attentive and friendly. One lady even brought out whipped cream for my daughter to put on top of her pancakes. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. Would recommend.

The desk clerk Ray was so helpful to us. My husband had limited mobility. Ray took the time to find us a room close to the elevator, came out to our car to help with luggage—even took it up to our room. What a great person to have at the front desk! Fairfield is lucky to have Ray in their employ. Evening reception was cancelled. Person at front desk said it was because of non interest, which obviously wasn’t true since we were there and interested.

After having confirm reservation through Expedia when I reach hotel at 8:30 PM after a long day, I was shocked to hear from the staff that they don’t have room for me and they were sorry that they overbooked and there is nothing they can do about it. They directed me to Expedia to get the refund I’m a 70 year-old diabetic and my usual bedtime is 9 PM after 3 1/2 hours of going back-and-forth with the staff, they made alternate arrangement at 15 minutes drive with another Marriot property known as a Springhill Suites. They gave me a letter stating how sorry they are and apologizing and that at this new location present them with this letter and I will not be charged for my stay when at midnight, I arrived at the Springhill suite by Marriott the front desk to accept that letter and insisted that I must pay for my stay there and I had to give them my credit card information. They tried a couple of times to reach Fairfield Inn, but of no avail anyhow, it was my health so I paid and spent the night, but this all has left me with very bitter taste in my 35 years of staying with five star hotels Marriot, Hilton, etc. this was the worst experience in my life. I will never ever book any other hotel through Expedia or with Marriot.

The staff was amazing. I lost my passport and I called the front manager Ray and he took his time to go out and look for it in the parking lot and he found it! I was so grateful he was very nice and we would stay there again. The kitchen staff was also very friendly and hospitable.

The hotel was very nice. My family and I enjoyed staff and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely coming back to stay again.

Stayed to get to Airport. Breakfast was served at time I left so none for me. Felt staff could have had continental breakfast ready for travelers

House keeping need special attention . One of the pillow cover had more visible blood spot stains. Even they couldn't replace used bar soap.

Location and staff were lovely. It was clean and basic. Noise in room between the air conditioning and some other motor that sounded like a truck in the wall. Plus the smell of bleach in the sheets was overwhelming.

The bed was very comfortable and staff provided services to meet all our needs including shuttle to airport. The handicap bathroom did not provide a safe shower.
