Beautiful area and facility, hotel staff and restaurant need big improvements. Staff attitude and competency is far below acceptable standard. Corporate oversight take note: If your business plan is to offend and alienate clients from return visits wilst losing business to neighboring restaurants with far superior menus and competent staff keep doing what your doing. Otherwise, the entire front of house team needs an overhaul, and would benefit from additional training to meet minimum standards in the competitive hospitality industry, especially when so many other options in the area. We will not be returning...

I stayed for 4 days and things seemed fine until the last evening, when I discovered that one of the "new" towels that housekeeping had replaced that morning was actually dirty, with makeup and dirt on it (definitely not my makeup & not my dirt.) I'm fine with not replacing my used towel - which I had hung up - but I certainly don't want someone else's dirty laundry. This raised questions about how clean other items had been the whole time. Yuck.

No real choice of breads for breakfast. The bread at the breakfast buffet was stale… I ended up asking for four sunny side up… they wanted to charge me a full breakfast for them, after my protest they cancelled the charge, i just left a tip for the nice waitress. THEY HAD NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, they did not tell me, in spite of my messages,AND I HAD TO RENT A CAR!!!

The hotel was out of facial tissues the entire stay??? Otherwise, the stay was convenient. Ms. Tonya, the housekeeper, was very customer-oriented and ready to accommodate as requested.
