Great hotel, great location.

The second room was dated, the bathroom door had water damage and was coming apart. This trip was not what I've would expect from the Hilton brand.

I prepaid for a two-night stay and expected a routine check-in experience. Unfortunately, my arrival was anything but welcoming. After waiting in line behind a large group, another front desk employee called me to his counter. From the start, he was unfriendly, did not greet me, and provided little to no communication throughout the check-in process. After taking my ID, he placed it on the counter instead of handing it back to me, despite my hand being extended to receive it. The check-in process took an unusually long time, and when I politely asked why it was taking longer than normal, I was told that information had to be entered into the system. I remained patient and understanding. However, after mentioning that the process seemed lengthy and that I had just driven a long distance and needed to use the restroom, the employee abruptly refused to check me in. He told me he would not complete my check-in and that I would have to wait for another employee to return, adding that it would be “a long while.” As a prepaid guest, being refused service for simply asking a reasonable question was both shocking and embarrassing. To make matters worse, when I asked for his name, he identified himself as “Josh.” Moments later, I overheard him answer the phone using a different name. This raised additional concerns regarding professionalism and accountability. I reported the incident to management, and the Assistant General Manager acknowledged the seriousness more….

Everything was as expected.

Parking is charged by the day like they are Downtown or something, and registering the car is at an independent web site that is a complete pain, especially with a rental car. They are in an office park with other nearby parking, so I parked 50ft further in the office park and didn't pay. Fire alarm went off 5 times for 15 seconds all through the night of my second night, just enough to wake everyone. Twice my keys (and like 6 other guests) just stopped working, making me go down stairs to replace them after returning to my room. Breakfast is terrible (but standard) Just really not oriented to customer service. Pretty disappointing overall.

It was clean, very clean. The room had adequate lighting, They have a pool, They have breakfast. They have a desk. There is a nice couch for all four of us. There is adequate storage. A hair dryer, an iron. A fridge. It was a distance from our destination, it had windows that were thin, so we could hear the traffic outside, and hear when people honked their horns in front of the building, even at four stories up. The big T.V. did not work. Their parking costs money(considered a hidden cost), which is fine, except it is not included in the cost of the room. The waist bag was not in the waste container ready for use. A useless door to the next room because they were not able to accommodate two rooms next to each other. The windows could not be opened, and they were both covered in dirty air particles. The sink was not in the bathroom, so I had to use toilet paper to open the door handle.

Debería ser gratis el estacionamiento y no tener que pagar 12-15$ por estacionar

Everything was great my only issue is there was no Microwave in the room, that is a must.

Toilet overflowed and they delivered a mop and plunger to the room and left. Had no way

Paying for parking though a third party was redundant, and unnecessary. Breakfast was minimal and underwhelming. No, signage to direct you to hotel entrance. Enter through unmarked private roads.Confusing. $50.00 fee for encinals which there were none, but charged to Credit Card right away at check in.

Room was smaller than I envisioned from website photos. Hallways were dim and seemed musty. The outside lights in the parking area did not work and after dark was very hard to see to park a car. Plus, it seemed a liability if someone got hurt, fell, attacked, etc. I mentioned it at front desk and she did'nt seem to know they were out and said she would alert management. Hope she did... we were scheduled to leave the following morning. Air conditioning was kind of loud also.

Nice clean rooms. Checked in late so we didn’t get to use some of the amenities. Overall best experience away from home in awhile. Not a fan that I had to pay for parking though.
