Hotel was lovely in a great location about 10-15 min walk to broadway ! Great swimming pool! Rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again. I wouldn’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

It’s was the greatest stay ever I enjoyed everything

My daughter got stuck in the shower for over an hour. The shower door was stuck shut. Maintenance had to come to the room to pry open the shower door to get her out. She was completely naked in front of the maintenance man that had to rescue her. The hotel staff never offered to move her and boyfriend to another room and they never offered any options to rectify the situation. The staff wanted to pretend like this never happened. The glass shower doors are dangerous and unsafe, especially if you staying alone. The shower doors create a suction against the shower wall and get stuck. If you’re staying alone in the room and this happens to you, you would be stuck in that shower until the maids come the next day. If you have your no disturb light on no telling how long you could be stuck in that shower of the door gets stuck.

Convenient location and attractive amenities Check in and checkout process awful - staff at desk were neither responsive nor capable.
-
Porter/valet staff need more training. Front desk staff were lacklustre and there’s no follow through. Bar/restaurant staff were great. Wifi/cell service is awful at this hotel (whether you pay for the wifi or not).

The brunch was excellent. Food was prepared well, selections were ample, and was very tasty.

Great location. Room was perfect. Staff was very courteous.

The staff were amazing and went above & beyond to accommodate everyone during the winter ice storm. Big shout-out to the bartenders Tiffany, Juan & one other but I didn't catch his name. These guys/girl deserve a raise because they never seemed irritated even though I know they were exhausted at times from the long hours. No complaints at all.

Thin walls it was loud all night. TV was broken they couldn’t fix it . Rooftop bar was closed without prior notice. Breakfast and WiFi not included. Staff refused to make it right.

The comfort and the fact that we got a surprise in our room: a champagne bottle to celebrate out 15th wedding anniversary. The little things count! N/A
