This is the only hotel in Nashville that I will stay in from here on out gosh the moment we arrived they greet u and was very helpful and nice and they welcome pride people as well I loved that but the rooftop was a must see and my hotel room and bed geesh I didn’t want to leave and there is also restaurant close by that are in walking distance this hotel is definitely worth the money i recommend everyone try it out and the valet drivers are very quick and amazing I will go back soon just to relax my view was also amazing

The beds are the most comfortable bed ever. Come to find out beauty guest made there own line of mattress for the public because customers were calling back and asking so beds 5 stars…if I had to nick pick valet parking was sub par we but again I’m being picky……roof top pool 5 star. Not to get any one in trouble but the pool side seat is 500.00 to rent and pool lady said we can use it for free since it was not rented..Nashville music row was expensive so it was so nice to have someone understand and do this…wow Virgin hotel will be my first choice we look for hotels

Nice place but one and done.

clean room and Bar

Super pet friendly. Be prepared to be covered in dog hair when sitting anywhere downstairs. Dogs are also allowed in pool area. Pool looks beautiful in the pictures, but there is very limited seating, unless you want reserved seating ( you pay a flat fee and then must have a $700 food/ beverage bill). Pool gets extremely crowded with lots of intoxicated guests.

Location was great! There were several small bars on Division Street behind the hotel that had very good live music. Beds were very comfortable and over all it was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful!

A special shout-out to the breakfast parfait, which was absolutely perfect and a great way to start the day. In the evenings, the live music at the bar created a wonderful ambiance and added to the overall Nashville experience. All in all, this was an outstanding stay in a fun city. Beautiful hotel, A+ staff, great food, fantastic atmosphere, and live music every night. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

This is the 3rd or fourth time we have stayed here great property in a good part of Nashville. I always question the staff though frequently you have to go and look for front desk staff. The pool bar staff upstairs didn’t know what time the pool closed. Just little things. They have great music in the weekends and their patio is great if the weather cooperates. Great property you should stay here rooms at great property is clean and well maintained.

What an incredible stay. And each and every staff member was as helpful and welcoming as can be!

The hotel pool is a mess. It is very clean, however, not organized at all. They tell you that if there is not a reserved sign on the table or chairs then that area is open for general use, however, we sat down at two different areas that WERE NOT reserved and then told we had to move because they were reserved. The weekends are a hot mess, that is when they have all the reservations and it is hard to get a place to sit. There are drink and food minimums for the reservations. I enjoyed it when it was open during the week, not the weekends.

We would recommend this place to anyone.

All the staff was fantastic!

Although the rooms are trendy, they lack practicality. Example would be no dresser/drawers to put clothes into if you don't want to live out of your suitcase. In room does not have a coffee maker, just something to heat up water (and a coffee bag similar to a tea bag). Coffee in the lobby is only available for free from 5 am to 7 am. Typical "fancy" city hotel, i.e. bell hop for your suitcases (that you don't want or need and now you have to tip), valet parking only ($55 per day- plus you need to tip the valet), in room small refrigerator (nice, but $12 for a water), etc. Good news is that everything is clean, great maid service, small rooftop pool and bar area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and not disappointed.

Everything thing about the hotel was amazing, but I would have liked to have robed in the room.
