Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown

Very convenient to TPAC events - Hotel is located 1 block from Jackson Hall for Nashville broadway musical theatre. Hotel has a parking garage that is 8 level high and its walkin entrance is next to the lobby. My room was very clean and king size bed comfortable. A restaurant is in the lobby area for meals between 6 am to 9 pm. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I had a wonderful time with my fiance for my 23 birthday at this fine hotel will definitely be returning maybe in Florida next time bc I'm now a member.

Very comfortable beds with firm (but not hard) mattresses, clean room. Shower wasn’t great- weak water pressure and water did not stay hot consistently. Air conditioner was VERY loud. Check-in was a little bit slow. Easy walk to downtown attractions. Overall a very nice stay.

The staff was kind and friendly. The issue was that our room was right next to a conference room that was holding meetings the entire time we were there. Breakfast set up outside our door at 6am every morning, a public toilet next to our room with a loud banging door every time it was used and people talking and laughing outside our door constantly. Also, the air conditioning units are the noisiest I've every experienced. They sound like the old fashioned window units. So loud, they would wake us up every time they turned on. For the price, I thought it was subpar.

Amazing hotel and staff. Valet brought my bags up for me which is something you don’t see much of anymore. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Room was very nice and clean

A fantastic stay at the hotel . Close to all the attractions but far enough away from the craziness of Broadway. The only drawback: no pool.

We had a group trip to Nashville and the Sheraton was the best combination of value and walkable proximity to town. In fact, we ended up meeting their best employee ever (shoutout to Allie B.) who not only gave us great recommendations but actually showed us around and even took us out to dinner. We left town with a new bestie! Give her a well deserved raise!! Hospitality: 100.

Hotel was clean but could use some upgrades. The bar was nice and drinks were good!

Amazing!

Rooms do not have refrigerators for your use, but the staff delivered a fridge to the room within 10 minutes that we could use. Extremely helpful staff and accomodating!

Our bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it, just a regular loose sheet. Skye lounge was closed during our stay so couldn’t visit.

Great location and the people at hotel were very nice . Look forward to going back again

At check in the staff was very friendly and helpful with details about the room, parking and the area around the hotel since this was our first time in Nashville. Room very clean and nice size. Loved that the hotel was close to the downtown area so we could walk to all the places we were wanting to see and not have to take the car. Was nice that they had a self service/self pay store with a wide range of items for purchase which we did use to purchase food items.. we would definitely book this hotel again.

All was good as I would expect from the Sheraton.

I love everything when I'm in Nashville will be my only Hotel
