Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre at best. $40/day for parking surprised me but I think it’s probably the usual.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and cozy. I will be coming back for sure. There was nothing to hate.

Thank you to the pleasant staff.

We have stayed at countless Hotels, mostly Hilton. This was by far the worst bedding we’ve experienced. The mattress was like sleeping on a rock, sheets felt horrible and the pillows were the absolute worst. I can deal with the bed and sheets. However, the pillows were a problem. They were so thin, we all had to sleep with 2-3 stacked together. I asked for extra pillows and we were told they did not have extra pillows for rooms. So we went and purchased some for the remaining night.

I know paying for parking is something that is “normal” in downtown Nashville. I would recommend an option to include that cost up front. I still give this place 5 stars. Parthenon and Vanderbilt are so convenient

The room was ok. The shower had black mold. And the ceiling had a repair that was not fix right. And part of the repair was hanging down right over king size bed. I called about and they did nothing. I was hoping to be moved to a better room. I have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years. It’s the first I was dissatisfied . The breakfast was great. And the shuttle to down town was wonderful.

Hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and across the street from Vanderbilt college. Valet and shuttle employees are very friendly as well as the front desk staff. The only minor complaint I have is the hot water takes too long to warm up for a good shower after a long day/night out.

Exceptional

The ladies at the desk during the day were extremely helpful the young man in the evening not at all. Beware of the $40. Parking got 2 nights with taxes etc it was close to $100. That is obscene.

We initially had issues during check-in where the computer xould not find our reservation. The staff did a phenomenal job not only working to find our reservation, but even providing a complimentary upgrade and anniversary gift for my wife and I. The location was better than we expected, close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt U. Solid hotel gym to get a quick lift, and pretty good and well stocked breakfast. Cherry on top was complimentary shuttle to Broadway! When we decide to come back to Nashville, this hotel will definitely be our first choice.

We loved the patio in our suite! Breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable
-
The weight room was extremely hot, be prepared if that is on your agenda. A fan would be great in there.

The front desk staff was exceptional. Customer service was A-1. We had an issue with the TV remote and within minutes their maintenance man , named Rodney , took care of everything. He stayed a few minutes to insure everything was in order. A very nice man who is an asset to the customer service program. We liked everything
