Found a hair in towel. Pillows smelled gross.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Location was the best - able to walk or a quick Uber ride to everything. Breakfast was amazing. You’re able to check out records and a player for your room. Garrett at the front desk isperfect and very knowledgeable. We were in town for a birthday celebration.

Great staff, clean rooms, easy access to several different venues in Nashville.

Great bar to have a drink and stumble upstairs to the room. Just a short walk to the madness of the strip and some fantastic venues

Parking was horrendous the valet parked vehicles that were not handicap vehicles in the handicap spots and those of us that were handicap. Couldn’t find a place to park after paying $118.50 for two nights to park when I told him there were vehicles in those spots that’s when Ithat we’re not handicap vehicles in the handicap spots and those of us that were handicap. Convenient to walk a few blocks to Broadway St. Nice hotel

We reserved a room with double beds but when we arrived it is not available as we expected and end up with 1 beds 4 of ua have to share. The room is ok, but refrigerator not working properly and o trash bags for trash. Very limited resources and price is over $250 for a night. Parking is not free and no breakfast included. This is too expensive compare to elsewhere where we stay for only one third of the price and we got free parking, unlimited breakfasts. Story short we will drop this place off our list.

Very close to Broadway and easy walking distance to Bridgestone Arena. Parking was $50. I just firmly believe that if I pay $300 a night, parking should be included.

The gym needs a full upgrade. The staff was very helpful EXCEPT when asking for a one hour late check out. In this regard, I asked on date of arrival, day prior to check out and on the morning of check out. Further when I advised that I was a rewards member; this too was of no help.
