Friendly and helpful staff. Beds felt great !! Loved the pool!! Needs to be a ramp to roll up your luggage instead of steps outside.

Great stay. Staff was nice and I had a great time. Very accommodating with pets. And got a great room. Everything was clean and the bistro had good food. 10/10. Would go back again.

The breakfast was adequate. The staff were pleasant enough. There seemed to be confusion about whether or not our breakfast was included and the consequent charging was screwy.

Odd odor in the elevator that we could also smell in our room. Hotel was fine, but $230 was way too much for an outdated room (still had popcorn ceilings) SNEAKY bottle of water left by the coffee maker but WATCH out, it has a little $5 price tag on it.

Everything was fine besides my room being by the laundry room. I woke up every morning because of the loud dryers

The bed/pillows weren't as comfortable as I would have liked. I would have liked for the pool to be open or atleast pool side to sit out in the sun. I wasn't crazy about the shampoo/conditioner either.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service is really nice. Easy check in/check out. I liked that they had the eatery but we ended up not eating breakfast due to the price. Bugs.

My initial rooom had ants galore. The front desk clerk was very understanding and did not waste any time in moving me and my wife to another room. However, my wife still felt as something was crawling on her in the second room. We were leary of pulling our personal belongings out of our luggage etc. We were not totally comfortable for the duration of the stay. Bugs.

Staff was kind and accommodating. Everyone from front desk to airport shuttle. VERY nice people all around !
