The only issue I had was all the noise from the birds. You could hear them and there was alot of them right outside our room window.

Location was amazing. Pool was super clean. Our rags and towels in our room had hair and dirt on them. Beds slightly uncomfortable

We felt very safe at the hotel. It was close to the Bridgestone Arena where we attended the Josh Groban concert. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay at Club Hotel next time we are in Nashville.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The happy hours and baked potato bar was a plus. Beds were comfy and it was quiet even though it seemed like there were many staying there. shuttle run times would have been better if every half hour during peak times

The staff was great but unfortunately the elevator was not working our entire stay and we weee put on the third floor when we checked in we were told it was being worked on but that was not true nobody ever came out to work on it

Clean room, close to Broadway street with reasonable Uber prices, super helpful and friendly staff. I’ve stayed here twice for my Nashville trips and have never been disappointed.

breakfast choices were decent, staff was friendly and helpful, location was good and nearby plenty. happy hour was a nice touch - the bartender was super nice! rooms were spacious and the pool and patio area outside were also enjoyable it felt as if my AC wasn’t working properly in the room/ felt humid warm. thankfully i had a fan with me anyways so that helped when in use. :)
