The room was clean & well kept

My wife travels with her service dog as she is disabled. A woman who works there approached her TWICE about the dog while we were having breakfast and waved the hotel policy in her face the second time. The dog had its service dog vest on and kept by her side as real service dogs should do. This made my wife very upset to the point of harassment (understand approaching once but twice?) Suggestion please train staff on ADA and approaching guests no more than once. This happened the morning of June 16th. It looked like the female employee was cleaning up the breakfast area.

I was specifically looking for a hotel with an outdoor pool when I made this reservation. It was not and is still not listed that the pool was closed. Kids were looking forward to the pool so I lost money and went elsewhere.

We were disappointed in our stay. The room was crowded….too much furniture in a small place. The mattresses were soft but the sheets had a musty smell. The AC was difficult to control and it did not keep the temperature constant.

Loved this hotel! I was able to have my fur baby with me for a fee of course but everything was so nice and clean. Staff was super friendly! Would highly recommend.

I enjoy my stay at Hampton inn in Georgia. The room was clean including the bathroom. Staff were amazing and friendly. My family enjoyed breakfast and parking spaces were always available. We had a wonderful time.

This property needs to be remodeled.

Breakfast was nice and helpful with kids but the swimming pool was closed for remodeling and we didn’t know until we were checked in. Nice stay though
