In-laws stayed on a different floor and said their room was impeccable. Likely a housekeeping staff issue.

The hotel and room quality were pretty good but the breakfast was sub-par.

The room was clean but old.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, however the office chair in our room can use some steam cleaning.

Queen bed did not feel like a queen more of a double!

Great staff and suite. Really nice stay.

Public areas could have been cleaner. Our TV was very dark because of recent problems, but it was replaced quickly with new TV. Maintenance guy was great.

The breakfast was less than mediocre. The eggs were dry as were the sausage patties. Frankly, I was disappointed, and I promise that my expectations are not sky high.

It was a busy day when we checked in at 3:15, many rooms were not ready. We received a room and when we went to it, the door was open and the room was not fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We inquired with the front and it took about 15-20 minutes before they sent someone to finish the room. After this situation, everything else was okay.

Check in took over 45 minutes. It seemed like they were not prepared for a concert that was announced 6 months ago.

I had two rooms booked for a concert at a nearby college stadium. Hotel check in was 3pm. Neither room was ready at 3:50pm when we arrived. There was a line of people out the front door trying to check in. There was only one staff working the front desk. Nobody’s room was ready and he would leave the front desk for each person to personally check the room. I felt terrible for him. His manager was in her office “on the phone” we were told. She never came out to help him with the growing line of customers. My group of 7 had to use the hotel lobby bathroom to get ready for the concert. One room finally became available at 4:40p (almost 2 hours after check in), we were late for the concert that started at 5:20pm. I tried to talk to the manager about our disappointing experience the next morning when it was less busy. She was still unavailable, handling a “maintenance issue” at the time. Though I saw her come out of her office to check breakfast items just minutes later, then saw her playing with a dog minutes after that. I come to this area often to visit my daughter at college. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will highly recommend that others do not stay here also.

On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

The people handling check in were so helpful and upbeat.

Clean Need more towels

The hotel is always clean. The rooms were nice and spacious.

Comfy bed

Staff was nice and courteous. Plenty of towels and clean rooms. Easy access to places and restaurants.

Lots of broken stuff including no blind in one of our rooms and a blind that could not be opened in another room. Exercise equipment also broken. Snow was not cleared from entrance, very slippery. Booked based on good reviews. Very disappointed.
