It was a little bit annoying that the proper metal deadbolt didnt work, but there was a latch above the door. Also the entry way light flickered on like a ghost

I travel to San Jose sometimes for work, so we have stayed at different properties. Our room was clean, relaxing, and we noticed no noise while in the room. We slept so good during our one night stay. Clean, well maintained property with plenty of parking, and a shopping center nearby for snacks and groceries. There is also a Chevron nearby so this area has everything you need. The person that checked us in wasn’t friendly, but that was a minor thing that didn’t break our stay. Thank you to the gentleman that checked us out and helped us with our drink voucher, he was really nice and provided great service. This will be our new go-to whenever we are in the area!

Excellent front desk receptionists, free shuttle service to airport, very friendly staff and great customer service, they deliver toiletries and help with fixing anything really fast. I will come back again!

Location was great, staff was excellent. The view from the room was cool, too. Cleainess coulda been just a little better but for the price there were no real complaints.

Everything was excellent and I mean everything, but the only thing that would improve or change, is that on the screens you can connect to streaming platforms or be able to project a personal device to watch movies or series and not just open TV.
