This location is good. I have been coming to this hotel for a while now everytime I come to Miami this where I stay and I feel like it’s going down. The Lady who checked us in on Friday was not friendly at all and she only gave one key instead of two keys then get to the wrong and it has a really bad smell in there and there was not enough face towels or regular towels for the three of us Staff wasn’t friendly and the room had a bad smell too it and it wasn’t enough linen for us it ess

I like the location. The hotel needs to replace the floor carpets. It has a strong humidity smell and stop using incense like or spices smells. The smell sticks to your clothes, hair, luggage and all your belongings.
