The air conditioning was not operational in our initial room, necessitating a relocation to another that was of significantly inferior quality. The staff was courteous; however, the facility would greatly benefit from substantial upgrades and refurbishment.

The property was very nice well maintained friendly staff. The pool was very clean and breakfast cafe was reasonably priced with big breakfast portions. The only bad thing no parking only valet service. I recommend the San Juan Hotel for future visits.

Good price for location. Free use of beach chairs + umbrella included was great. Pool was great. Staff was great. Mojitos at the lobby bar were delicious. Walking distance to food and drinks great. My only complaints were: 1) Odd odor in the entire hotel. 2) You can hear the other guests through the walls. 3) Had to pay $15 flat rate EVERY TIME you move the car from the parking garage that is 2 blocks away.

Everything from the entire staff to the location was just superb! 1 minute walk to the beach. And the hotel happy hour drinks were delicious! I will be back again! Just wish the pool area was a bit more cozy

Nothing That you have to pay 45 dollars to park your car and 25 dollars to eat breakfast

The access to the beach and beach chairs was nice. The breakfast was amazing. Best breakfast in a hotel I've ever had actually. With great coffee. Make sure to make a reservation though, apparently I didn't know to do that and felt a little talked down to when I asked about it.

Great stay near the beach!

The hotel room felt dirty. All the sounds pass thru the walls and you can hear everything. The elevator is very tiny. Good location but not a nice hotel in my opinion. Very old and outdated.

Great location, early check-in available, and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was not well maintained, the lobby had an unpleasant smell, and the Wi-Fi was terrible
