Kimpton EPIC Hotel by IHG

Love the view from our balcony! Rooms were clean and bathroom was spacious. However, lighting could be a bit brighter for us women getting hair and makeup ready. The front desk staff can seriously improve their demeanor. I called them twice and they were dry, monotone, not warm or jolly at all. The day of checkout I walked up to the desk to the 2 girls there talking. I greeted the one who was actually working the desk and asked my question. She didn’t bother to greet me at all or much less smile. Felt as if I was interrupting their conversation with her facial expression. No customer service skills, smh, she is the biggest reason for not giving 5 stars.

Fastest room service I’ve experienced. Had to stop by the front desk to let them know. Couldn’t hang up the phone fast enough before room service was at the door. Water view room was perfect has well as the staff was very helpful. Pleasant stay. Conveniently located near food and shops.

Room was clean, service was always there when needed. Zuma in the lobby is always a bonus. All around was a good stay

Great location, amazing views from the room. The balcony was an added bonus. Pool looked great and gym well equipped. The room smelled terrible, was dirty - there was literally blood in the shower. The curtains were black. Even the towels stank like old sweat. The team were not super flexible. Overall an incredibly gross two nights.

Everything was so nice. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Location and amenities. Staff at the desk and room second were really good. The noise! You could hear anything and everything from the adjoining room. Couldn’t sleep.
