We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was a dream - very luxurious! I also really enjoyed having a Starbucks cafe on-site and the Bourbon Steakhouse was fabulous - the ambiance and every dish was top notch!

They put me in a one king room when my kids re 11 and 10 The room was on a hallway with big machines for humidity because carpet was soaked the machines were very loud The smell outside was bad I told them they didn’t comp or care

The hotel was super clean and the staff, especially Jimmy opening the door, was smiling, happy and kind! I’ve never seen a staff this seemingly connected and dedicated to a positive experience! The parking is high priced.

The big family slide was not working the flow rider the surfing was closed they said they would open it in 2 weeks. The hallways in the orchid building in the 3rd floor needed to be vacuumed and had many stains. Food by the pool was very pricey.

My room was clean when I checked in but the store had not been cracking and there was garbage etc. A lot of the water slides were closed which was dissappounting

Some of the water park rides were closed. We booked a room for 5 and only 3 bracelets for the water park were given. We had to paid for extra bracelets and according to the website water park access was included.

If travelling with kids, the hotel pool is for adults only. The Tidal cove pool for kids and adults is open until 6pm.
