Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami Airport East by IHG

Front desk rep was helpful in suggesting things to do for our one day in Miami before cruise. The dining attendant could have put a new pancake bag in machine, but didn't. There was 30 minutes left before breakfast ended and plenty of guests waiting for pancakes.

Fairy clean room beautiful view employees were great. Breakfast was amazing overall 10 out of 10 thank you proud of me will be back.

Parking was not included, but was a nice and clean place

Breakfast was ok. I liked that it had shuttle option to the cruise port. Rooms were clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The room & premises were clean.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport so it was literally a 15 minute drive away. They had friendly staff and the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend that if you are looking for a place that is reasonable for the price, this be the one you consider. The only inconvenience is the sound of the airplanes, but I tend to like that sounds so for me. It was not an issue at all.

The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle but does not have one that picks up in less than an hour.

The reason we chose this hotel is because it is close to the airport. However its airport shuttle starts at 6:30 AM, too late for our flight! Everything else is fine

In close proximity to the airport, room was cleaned. The only suggestion I would give is to have the staff be more courteous when answering the phone. When we called to ask about the shuttle, the employee that answered was dismissive as we inquired what door and what shuttle to look out for. The employee mentioned the door numbers in a hurry and when asked what shuttle to look out for the employee ended the call.

Super close to the airport! They sent a car service to pick and drop us off at the airport. Great customer service and amazing place to stay.

Clean hotel, 5 mins away from Term D. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the hotel is a bit dated, still has old carpets.

Good place if you need to stay overnight in Miami airport. Much,much, much better than the hotel in the airport and also much more reasonably priced

The hotel is well maintained, good location, good breakfas included in the price and friendly staff. Close to the airport.

I'll stay again, The staff was amazing and was breakfast 😋. Now this location is kinda far away from restaurant's if you want to eat.
