Fortune House Hotel Suites

Rooms were nice & clean. We were given an "upgrade" because they did not have the room available that we requested. Balcony had a solid cement wall obstructing any view. The gym equipment was limited & in need of maintenance. Location is very good .Safe neighborhood.

Super clean and updated valet service is not a great value.

Great staff, the room was very clean.

Everything was excellent about this property except the food we ordered in room for dinner was over cooked and French fries, empanadas chicken tenders hard and cold for that price to include high tax and gratuity charges I can’t believe I didn’t go downstairs to complain and get a refund or made them redo all that food ! Over 100 hundred dollars but we didn’t ! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends but tell them about the restaurant and prices . Construction didn’t bother us around the area we had a great view of waterways !

Loved everything. Good location and super clean. Friendly staffing. The bathtubs in the room i was given didnt work properly. The drains would not work and hold water in the tub. Also the hot water itself was not alot. Ran out very quickly.

The clean and spacious room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The area was safe and in walking distance to places to eat. The hotel restaurant had good food and great service, Nothing was bad.

The property was very nice. Conveniently located to shops that were in walking distance. The public train station was right across the street. The air conditioning unit in the apartment was very loud at night. I asked the front desk if they ever had that complaint, she said no. I can guarantee people have complained about the noise. It was very hard to sleep. Adding 18% gratuity to room service is understandable but in the restaurant, that’s terrible.

Poor AC, poor bathroom, small cafeteria, poorly managed bedroom

Got a nice suite. Beautiful property and nice size rooms. Very busy downtown location and valet is a bit expensive.

Location Friendly staff - very helpful and accommodating Comfort of home Beautiful view We loved it for the night we spent - there was no washcloth so be sure to pack one. Hand towels and bath towels were provided.
