UMA House by Yurbban South Beach

The staff were all so amazing and really tried hard to help me change rooms to a quieter area. However, nothing was available as the hotel was fully booked. Nonetheless, the front desk girls were all super nice. The hotel feels new and clean, the rooms are a good size. Nice bathroom. Great location.

Pero como nada puede ser perfecto, tuve un par de inconvenientes, desde algunos muy sencillos hasta otros un poco más molestos, la habitación que me dieron fue la 114, primero la habitación es en otro building, la calidad de la habitación muy buena, pero no era la habitación que habíamos rentado, estaba bien, pero la que vi en las fotos incluía un baño más como bañera para hundirte y relajarte, y el que nos tocó era más como bañera común de estar de pie, aunque bien se podía hacer lo de llenarla, primero no era la misma forma que el de las fotos y segundo no existía un tapón para detener el agua, luego también, en las fotos se veía como un tocadiscos, y me hacía mucha ilusión poner algo de música, no estaba. Luego la televisión tampoco se podía ver. Esos fueron las cosas más simples, algo más difícil, la habitación estaba muy cerca de la entrada, se escuchaba el paso de las personas y el cierre de la puerta el cual era muy molesto, los pasos de las personas de arriba se escuchaban muy fuerte, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, demasiado calor, las ventanas estaban tapadas de un plástico blanco. La verdad por todo lo demás 10/10, eso si si voy de nuevo buscaría otra habitación.

They asked for me to scan a QR code so they can contact me via whats app when the room was ready and they never did. Once we got our room and requested to be moved because it was in a horrible

The place is incredibly comfortable and chilling. The rooms are modern, big beds, minibar, a desk, and the bathroom has got a portable shower, an electric mirror, etc. Our stay included breakfast at Cafe Americano which has got a variety of options and quite good food. The place has also got a pool deck on the last floor, with a cocktail bar and a swimming pool with just the perfect water temperature! The cocktails are also soooo goooooood! The staff was super friendly and helpful, including the people from the restaurant. Housekeeping seemed to come at a different hour every day, usually during the early afternoon and sometimes they didn't do our room at all. I'd also add one or two chairs/sofas in the rooms because there's a desk but I couldn't use it! I would occasionally buy food on a convenience store but I had to sit on the bed to eat. And finally please consider including at least one umbrella on the beach.

Great stay with my daughter. Felt safe. Super close to the beach. Staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant there had the best skirt steak with chimichurri sauce!

Excellent stay! Hotel was clean and smells beautiful. Great amenities and very close to the beach. Definitely would stay again!

The hotel’s location was excellent, within easy reach of the beach, Lincoln Road, and Ocean Drive. I also appreciated having bike rental stations nearby. The breakfast was good and well-balanced, and the facilities were very well-maintained throughout my stay.

Great location just off Collins

I only stayed for 1 night for work. I dropped off my bags and didn't take a close look around. When I returned, I noticed the bathroom was filthy. Toilet seat not cleaned, face towel was used, saw what looked like blood on the bathroom door, mold on the shower curtain, and there were little flies in the sink and shower. It was almost 1am so I didn't have the energy to repack and change rooms, but I was very disappointed.

Room was not properly cleaned prior to stay, and we found a chewed up piece of gum on the lid of the ice bucket. The front desk was immediately called with the complaint, and we were told that housekeeping had already left, and we would have to deal with it for the night. In the morning when housekeeping came, they simply made the beds and once again did not clean the gum we reported, nor replaced the dirty ice bucket. This was incredibly disgusting, and the lack of care or urgency from the staff was disheartening. Deeply regret choosing this hotel for our stay in Miami.
