Did not like hotel.

I also reported them to the business bureau because what they are doing is not right! Similar incident with other guests, I wish I would’ve read the reviews sooner!!!!
-
The worst hotel experience that I’ve ever had, the after midnight receptionist and morning one, the worst two receptionist that I’ve ever seen in my life. Dirty hotel, bad manager, staff with attitude. It’s worthless
-
Clean, comfortable Too much additional charges for nothing, but overall it was good

Room was clean on a convenient basis and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The valet staff was also excellent.
-
For the price of $850, the room was disappointing—the “king” bed felt more like a queen, the TV was very small, and the balcony furniture was rusted and dirty. I was charged $75 for early check-in while other guests were charged less, housekeeping only replaced sheets and towels without removing trash, and the bar had a very limited drink selection with overpriced drinks. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of quality, cleanliness, or service I expected for the price.
-
Housekeeping was on point. I was staying for 2 nights and they made sure I needed more towels. Room was a bit small . Valet was a bit annoying. They say you can put your request in 15 mins early but you still have to wait longer. Sometimes it’s only one person at valet. Location is good but if you wanna go to places not in Miami Beach it’s 20-30 mins out . Hallways to go to your room is long

Exceptional
-
This was a horrible experience for us and I booked it for a large party. We had gnats in the shower, the pool was dirty, the bar was always closed and one day the pool was closed for maintenance. They didn’t offer any information or offer to accommodate us in any way. It wasn’t till I asked if they had a sister hotel that we can use for the pool that they offered more information. Not everyone would know to ask that. They should willingly give this information. I will not be returning.

Loved the location and the decoration of the hotel I thought it was a little bit run down. The carpet was stained, doors didn't match and the countertops on the bathroom were stained, also the tyle in the shower looked moldy.
-
The hotel was great. But early check in was $85 after being told $50!! Then the restaurant and bar was never open the four days we were there. Overall our stay was great.
-
Very average, pool bar ran out of liquor! The restaurant was terrible. The pool looked dirty and water was murky
-
It was a great experience! Our curtains were a little stained but other than that it was all clean! Very nice staff, especially Armando at the poolside bar! 10/10 would definitely come back!
-
Location Unexpected fees that they dont make mention of
-
It was okay but it wasn’t with the money. Half the time we were there the pool was out of commission. There was no sink space either.
-
Room was very clean and very good service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very nice and beautiful
