No gym, no sitting area. Noise started at 8am. I pray this hour will be worth all stress my friends and I went through

The location. It was under renovation, therefore most of everything that could have been enjoyable wasn’t available to explore or be entertained by. The room I reserved was prepaid but not available at check-in or during my stay! The bathroom had rust on fixtures and the furniture in the room had a few stains on to them.

Currently under construction but when it is completed it is going to be awesome. i hope i have an opportunity to stay again! Even though it was under construction the stay was phenomenal- I have to be honest. The staff was so kind and understanding of how inconveniencing only having one elevator to use (while the workers were using). The food was DELICIOUS- breakfast and lunch. The beach staff was really awesome too. I literally have nothing negative to say- location, perfect- hotel and beach ( no riff raff from South Beach). The walk to the beach is BEAUTIFUL as well, lit up with tall bamboo- SO nice. The rooms are very nice too- cute and beds were very comfortable. The scent in the hotel is amazing as well. Great stay and recommend for couples or families. LOVE the Nautalis!

Staff was excellent, great room, was under construction and they had complementary breakfast and chairs and umbrellas. Staff was flexible with late checkout bc of the delay of my flight. Great spot for the price 2 min walk to the beach.

Nothing * Maintenance work taking place throughout the property. * Water supply was completely shut off, with the hotel only informing guests it would be unavailable between 11 AM and 4 PM. * No hot water available at all, even after the maintenance was supposedly completed. * Constant noise, drilling, and construction disturbance, despite this being marketed as a luxury and relaxation-focused property. * Basic luxury amenities commonly expected in reputable hotels were missing — no bathrobes and no slippers provided. * Only one elevator available, and it smelled strongly of maintenance chemicals and was noticeably dirty. * Even the outdoor seating required an additional charge of $35 per person.

Err, that's a very good question. I loved the beach part, that's at the moment the only part where it was tolerable to stay. The guys at the beach as well do there job with a certain grandezza under the given circumstances. We really used to like to come to the Nautilus Hotel. It used to be one of the most reasonable hotels in SoBe with direct beach access. We loved the rooms with sea view. At the moment the place is just in the middle of a huge costuction site und under construction itself. Lobby, restaurant and pool bar are closed. I asked the lady at the counter if the pool was open. Yes it was indeed, but it was not the place you want to spend any time with all the noise, dust, animal shit and no pool bar. I think it would be more honest to close the place down for the time being. I feel very sorry for the guests who have to endure more than 1 night. Our room was dated and the view led to the windowless fassade next door. The breakfast was a joke.

Terrible hotel that appears nothing like the photos.

Location!!! Great Location for what we wanted to do. Construction but they took care of us with the cost because of it. Loved that it was right on the beach! There was an African American gentleman named Jeremy or Jeremiah that assisted us. It was absolutely amazing and took amazing care of us. He made the annoyance of construction bearable

We had no other place to go and asked what more they could do for us. We received another 50% off our stay. We had an enjoyable stay, the restaurant staff were very accommodating, as were housekeeping and reception. The beach was beautiful with full access. Once the reno’s are done I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and even with this current stay we had a great F1 vacation. Expedia was quick to refund our 50% off as well.

The Property is under construction so the amenities were not available. I did not stay at the hotel so I didn’t get the full experience. Staff were helpful under the circumstances though.

Close to beach and convention centre Awful stay. Dirty rooms, no facilities, rude staff, disgusting pool, disgusting pool beds.

Location was great. Most of the property is under construction. They would also start construction early in the morning, jack hammering and sawing so you will not sleep well. Was hard valeting the car a couple times due to construction at the entrance with workers present. Pool was functional but there is demolition in areas around the pool due to construction. I would make sure the construction is finished before staying here.

The entire hotel is torn apart for a major renovation. Bars, cabanas, lobby, and workout room are all closed. Construction noise, drills, jackhammers, etc. begins early in the morning. Construction materials, and temporary walls and fences are everywhere. The best part though was that our room only had cold water. This hotel should not be open during such a massive renovation!!
