Extremely noisy. You could see through the door of the room to the hallway. I have never seen a hotel room with so little furniture — bed and a chair. Unpleasant staff trying to check me in under someone else’s reservation as she looked at my license. When asking a question the staff member acted like it was a bother. Worst hotel stay ever.

Location great, right off the highway. Check-in staff were friendly. The room was very clean. Had several breakfast options including the pancake maker. Overall a nice place for a quick overnight stay.

Everything about The Tru Hotel we stayed at in Omaha, NE met up to all of our expectations and definitely will make this our hotel when we ever get back there.

Room was small, no good place for personal items. So then no place to sit except the bed.

If I could give this one more star I would. So accommodating, friendly and the place was immaculate.

It was a great trip. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. For us it was centrally located for our planned activities. We would definitely stay there again if in the area again.

Loved the hot coffee in the morning! The staff was kind and helpful. Fantastic location - biked right to the Keystone Trail from the hotel.

My shower had hair in it when I arrived and the trash was full.
