Great hotel and great location.

Great location, comfortable, and clean. I have been to this hotel three times and have had pleasant stay each time. Would be nice to have standard toiletries in the room. Body lotion, shower cap, and cotton swabs.

Al llegar nos dieron cupones para el restaurante, pero cuando llegamos nadie nos atendió, y me dió la impresión de que hubo cierto racismo por ser los únicos mexicanos allí. Nos sucedió lo mismo cuando pedimos prestadas bicicletas, al final no usamos ninguno de los servicios adicionales y aún así nos cargaron $60 dólares a mi tarjeta

Our 6 night stay was wonderful. Great location, clean large room. Only negatives, the couch is uncomfortable and the room temperature was too cold. The restaurant is great as well. The staff is very nice.

Room was in great condition. Most staff were very pleasant. Less if really busy at the desk. Parking fee was a surprise and very expensive. I was disappointed in that aspect along with a resort fee.

They charged me for parking 130$ but I never had a car, so basically they just robbed me, I was rushing to the airport and didn’t have time to complain

Staff, inclusive breakfast, marina location, cleanliness, bar area was nice. Room sold as water view which is disingenuous. If you try you can see one small corner of the marina. Staff even acknowledged that this was a stretch. Felt like the room was mis-sold.

I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: This one in particular had great views of the marina, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, and nice, helpful staff. I was travelling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: Valet parking is mandatory, and pretty expensive. Also there was an "accidental" fire alarm at 6:30 AM on a Saturday that was not fun to wake up to. Overall a great stay.
