The Delphi isn’t as bad as it seems. The King Suite was very spacious. The bathroom is big & very clean. The carpeting in the room was questionable but there’s only so much that can be done with that. Bring house slippers if you’re concerned with those types of things. The bed also sits pretty low so if you’re someone that can’t stand floor beds, this isn’t for you. Aside from that - it’s a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous rooftop restaurant, bar & heated pool. The staff were so kind to all guests. It’s very quiet for the most part. We didn’t experience any disturbances thankfully. It’s also located by the freeway & close to many coffee shops/restaurants that are in walking distance. The one downfall though is definitely the parking. it’s either $55/night for valet, $25/night for 6hrs or $40/night from 12am-12pm parking.

See through glass shower with no current on the bed side was a choice, otherwise was a helpful staff and good location. Wish we could have used more of the amenities but they were closed

Loved the location adjacent to the Central Library. The room was quite large and the bed comfortable. The bed was on a platform, and I was worried about forgetting that the platform was there in the middle of the night when I got up to use the bathroom.

The location was ok - the corridors and lifts not clean. Lifts sooo slow. The bathroom had mould. You can simply ask the cleaners to use exit mould and all will be gone. We had an upgrade to a nicer and bigger room which was nice. There is not even one holder on the wall to hang a towel. That was so strange. Practicality!! My favourite part was the attitude if the lady taking orders at the restaurant. Soooo rude. Never seen anything like this. Breakfast menu was ok. Generally finding a good food in Los Angeles is very hard. Junk food low quality. Full of sugar.

We stayed in the King Suite and completely enjoyed it's open layout. The room was nice and clean. The staff at check-in and check-out were so friendly and helpful. The view from our room was so nice! Will definitely be staying here again.

We were able to check in early, thanks to the amazing staff. Enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool, which opens early at 7! Fun accommodations in the room--felt very European. Will definitely stay here again.

We really liked the room in our hotel. It was modern and nice. The pool on the top floor was amazing. It looked like it was newley renovated. You get free sun cream, free after sun. nice beds that are free to use. I would highly reccomend this hotel. Valet parking was good aswell. You can also bring your own drinks to the pool, which saved us a lot of money :) We didn't like that there was no secure self parking. I wish there was self parking in the secured garage, instead of a public car park. The hallways are a bit outdated, but the rooms and the pool are very modern. Lastly the location was quite nice as it was central, but downtown LA itself is full of homeless people and it's not the safest place.
