Everything about the look is great and the beds not being attached is great . Not having to worry about shaking beds is great. And the stairs to the top bunks are great . One bathroom was broken and it was an inconvenience most times .

Excellent location within walking distance from Union Station and several cool neighborhoods. My bed and pod were comfortable and check-in instructions were clear. Bring earplugs since the city emits constant noise, although not too bad at night. The bathroom situation is not ideal but otherwise a convenient spot. I'd definitely book it again!

El mejor lugar que me he quedado y la gente super amable

Location Restrooms are too small and showers unclean

I got robbed here. DTLA arts district is a theft operation. Run, run fast if you find yourself here and never look back.

Overall, happy because there werent many people and the area was great. But the place needed improvements and to be more fully cleaned. If it was full then idk what it would be like, too much for sure but it wasnt.

Good location and great price. Easy to get into. Lot of plugs for recharging. I ended up taking an Uber to Union Station, but you could walk 10-15 mins or take a bus later in the day. Very close to Japan town. The bed is big enough for two people, if you aren't staying too long. Each pod is 12 or so beds, so it's a reasonable amount of people. There is a small kitchen area for reheating food and people leave some food to share community style (e.g., cereal, rice, etc.) Simple curtains would be a big improvement. There was a guy listening to videos without headphones - after an hour I asked him if had headphones and he was apologetic. I checked in late and there were no towels visible. Turned out to be a mistake that the attendant should have left a set on my bed, but there wasn't anyone to contact after midnight. The mirror to put on makeup is over the sink, so it can feel rushed. But they had a good hair dryer and other small amenities available.

I liked the price and the shared living environment. I liked the front desk worker. They were very accommodating. Starting with the first day in the shared living room, I saw a mouse run to the back storage area. I also noticed a musty smell on the bed. Even with my sensitive nose, when I removed the pillowcase, I saw the pillow was yellowed. Additionally, I didn't like that on my last night there, the shower grate was missing for some reason. I didn't shower because I was too scared.

The location and the layout. The tv’s , but that wasn’t a major issue for me though.

great beds and alot of room for a cheap price

I didn't use the work spaces. Just got in and went to bed. My friend found a good Japanese restaurant nearby. My bunk was clean and comfortable. Very quiet while we were there.

Great spot. Nice guests. Good location but not safe for walking sadly.

The place was a little hard to find, it was clean and nice the bed was perfect I went to sleep soon as I got there. You might want to bring a fan it’s I little hot in there I just couldn’t breathe at night but other then that I enjoyed my one night only that’s all I could take.

They kept in touch via text. Early check-in. The guy at check-in was nice and let me choose any open bunk. Bed had clean sheets. No bed bug bites. The quiet hours from 10a to 10p was enforced. After hour noise was not a problem, but I always bring ear plugs in case. Place is run down. Dark and dingey. Several low life people staying there. I think the guy below me was homeless and the same for the guy across from me. Very hot inside. No A/C. I sweat a lot. The kitchen was small and the fridge was filthy. The microwave was falling apart, but it did work. I stayed for two nights and thankfully no one stole my food from the fridge. The bed mattress is just a big chunk of foam. I did sleep a few hours, but the constant metro trains going by made it hard. There were only two showers and toilets to use. Both are very small and not the cleanest. One large sink with two faucets in the hallway to brush your teeth and shave in front of everyone. There is absolutely no privacy except for the bathroom and shower. No outlets at my bunk. I used the one in the common area. The couch and chairs in the common area look lived in and I saw people sleeping in them during the day and night as if they came in off the street. The price should have been lower to stay in this run down place. I stayed two nights. It got the job done, was able to shower and relax in my bunk, but honestly, I was very glad to leave.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights, loved it. You pretty much get what you pay for

Dislike: mattress too soft, flatscreen in the pod not in function, very small toilets, two sinks in the hall which are in a poor (not hygienic) condition. Two doors and codes required, which changes from time to time. The dining rooms are not very clean, no air condition, more fresh air required in the rooms.

It's really close to the Union station and Little Tokyo, it's a cozy place to stay the night, during summer it gets a little hot inside but has big windows to cool the place enough

I was able to fall right to sleep.
