Could use a deep cleaning.

The house is full of people it was like 50+ people in the house I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay

Gas leak, burn holes in the sheets , beds were missing steps to top bunk, bathrooms were filthy, smelly guests that refused to shower. Had to leave with two days left paid and requested a refund and never got it.

Then if you ask for a refund they expect you to go the property and talk to the manager and he tells you to check in, so that that the app shows you already checked in and then he doesn't want to give you your money.

Staff was a little cold and wrapped up in personal stuff. Not really appealing when you've been traveling. Most of the guests had been there for a Long time and they took it over like it's theirs

This place was VERY dirty and had no AC. Really really bad.

Not sure why they call it "modern" when in fact there is literally nothing modern about it. As soon as I walked in the door, I was shocked because the inside of the hostel basically matches the surrounding outdoor area... I guess I was optimistic. So I took a lost on this and booked elsewhere but I definitely do not recommend. Also note you have to call a few different numbers to check in which is strange but I will admit the staff/manager she was actually really nice and chill. She offered a nicer property elsewhere but I declined.

Nothing real bad, there was some issues

There is a manager on premises but there is an early check in fee of $8 and a late check in fee of the same amount. I found the place to be comfortable, safe and easy to walk to the main road for food or transportation. The fee per night is super reasonable. I booked one night first to check it out but then booked another 4 nights as I felt good there.
