Beautiful historic property. The staff was wonderful. And the on property restaurant, Cassell’s, was our go-to for breakfast, lunch and after hours drinks.

I was woken up by the staff at 1:30 am and was forced to come downstairs from the 4th floor and go outside to move my vehicle. Horrible service on that part and will not be returning.

Hotel service is very slow. The front desk staff was not very professional, they would have airpods on and be having their own conversations while assisting. The parking is a nightmare. They couldn’t even find the key to a car that blocked me off in the parking lot and when they did, they couldn’t figure out how to drive the car. Luckily we were driving and not flying because we definitely would have missed our flight.

The manager went out of his way to have my car ticketed in the loading zone even though I told I would come down and move it and it was the middle of the night. He refuses to give upgrades when suites are available … I’ve been frequenting the hotel for several years now and have state there dozens of times … I’m sure he doesn’t treat his other regular guests so poorly.

I had the 4th floor and it was quiet here. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal if using public transportation or ride share. If you have your own car then parking could be an issue. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again,

The luggage cart dented my car!!! Uneven sidewalk in front of the property made it impossible to off load my car. Parking is not on the property. The room was very nice but there is street noise.

Beautiful historical hotel with original features. That being said, the walls are pretty thin, so just be sure to bring earplugs! I loved my stay and would stay again

Has a lot of historic architecture but the rooms need major upgrades The parking is $50 a night and it’s across the street from the hotel The beds and pillows were horrible Rooms are very small Bathrooms were old and outdated with yellow lighting Elevator was slow and it felt like it was going to go down any minute Stairs are squeaky with dim lighting, very unsafe. Overall a bad experience and not worth the price

The rooms were clean and well maintained. If you have a hard time sleeping through noise, I would recommend asking for a room away from the street. I slept perfectly fine though. The staff were nice and attentive.
