When I went to front desk, they kid behind the desk was rude on condescending. Telling me I am the first guest to ever complain. Doubt that!

Location Bad experience with room. Window was broken and open. Could not close. Reassigned a new room and was much better.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful when you needed anything. However, a couple of dings on the fact that they offer your certain amenities free if you forget something, but didn't have those amenities to give you. Could not access door closest to our room because it didn't work, so we had to go around. Their breakfast they offered was very good. Also, ice machine was not working. They just need to work on their maintenance.

The reason for a 4-star review is based on a few glitches in the room, as the toilet handle was not working properly and if not turned correctly, the water kept running. Also, the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. But other than those two issues, I would definitely recommend this property.
