I was booked into a room for one night that the sink was broke no running water. Yes, very inconvenient. The front desk manager Anquarius said they would give me a discount. No sure how that would work.

FANTASTIC. Clean, comfortable bed and bedding. Staff super nice. Breakfast was an added bonus. We were only there for 5 hours, but it was a very much welcomed stop in a long road trip journey! Would highly recommend and will stay there again!

Very low water pressure on the 3rd floor, the TV kept losing reception, and the elevator was slow.

Room was clean, one elevator needs repair - the door slams open on the 2nd floor as if there is no bumper to stop it. Bathroom was spacious but there was not one towel or robe hook???

The room was spacious and clean. The water stations are a great idea. The lobby was pretty. Everyone was friendly from checking in to checking out and at breakfast.
